Travel

Brussels airport is operational but at limited capacity. You can find specific information on alternative flights (per airline) here. If there is no information on their website, we advise you to contact your airline directly for further assistance. If your flight is arriving or departing at Brussels airport, you can find updated information here both for arriving and departing passengers.
Should your flight be rerouted to another airport, alternative airports in the area are:
  • Brussels South (Charleroi) - 60 km
  • Antwerp - 60 km
  • Liège - 100 km
  • Oostende 120 km
We advise to check with your airline whether transport from the alternative airport to Brussels is provided.
Please also note that the event venue is at walking distance from the International Train Station Brussels-South.
